No, and not every participant is called. The evening lasts about an hour and a half, and only around ten people can be called — sometimes fewer, depending on what is given that evening. On arriving, you place a slip of paper bearing your first name and surname; after that, the moment decides. The standard ticket is therefore a seat in the hall, and it does not guarantee being called. But those who are called live it; those who listen live it with them, and many leave having taken something for themselves without their name being spoken. To be certain of having your own moment, the Entrance + Individual Meeting ticket gives access to a one-to-one after the evening, to ask the question that is your own.
