One day, you saw

One day, you saw. You saw that what is called the world is a stage set. That human relationships rest on conventions accepted without examination. That what is presented as reality is, for the most part, a collective lie kept alive by habit.

You saw something else, too. You saw what consciousness is capable of. Not by reading a book. Not by believing in it. You experienced it directly — fine perception, influence on reality, communication passing through matter.

And since then, you cannot go back.

You see everything. All the time.

You read places. You read situations. You read people. At first, it was a revelation. Today, it is a weight. Because the perception no longer switches off.

Seeing is no longer a gift. It has become a climate. Once consciousness has broken through the layer of consensual lie, it can no longer fall back asleep. It stays open. And as long as it stays open without being unified, it receives everything without being able to rest in anything.

The only question that remains

How does one live, now that one sees? These questions are not resolved by more practice, more reading, more methods. They are resolved by a suspension. Stepping out of the flow. Cutting deeply enough and for long enough for consciousness to stop receiving, and begin to gather itself.

But you cannot create this suspension alone. Not in a room at home. Not over a weekend. It requires a frame held from the outside — a frame that takes charge of everything that remains to be carried, so that you have only to cross through.

VII. The sovereign retreat

This is not a training course. This is not a workshop. This is not a seminar. It is the trial of absolute retreat, held by the Centre, crossed by you alone. The Centre EPÉU holds the frame: it closes the space, protects the isolation, guarantees the conditions, holds the axis for the entire duration. You, you stop receiving, responding, capturing.

• Three days of retreat — the time needed for consciousness to stop receiving and begin to gather around its own centre.
• A room dedicated to the Centre — closed, secluded, with no possible intrusion.
• A physiological sobriety protocol calibrated to refine the nervous system.
• A strictly individual session — one participant at a time, no group.
• Direct guidance by Mischa Harmeijer, who holds the axis throughout the crossing.

What this is not

RÉSONANCE requires a prior baseline of psychological stability. This retreat is not suitable if you are under ongoing psychiatric care without the referring professional's agreement, or if you are currently in crisis or acute distress. The prior consultation also serves to check that this is the right moment — if it is not, Mischa Harmeijer tells you clearly and directs you toward what will be more fitting for you.
