What you recognise as real becomes active in your experience. What you exclude from your field of understanding remains invisible — not because it does not exist, but because you are not organised to access it. It is not what you want that manifests. It is what your structure of consciousness is capable of receiving, integrating and expressing.

Four areas of work

• The field — understanding how consciousness interacts with the informational field, at all times, whether you know it or not.
• The mind — stabilising the mind so it stops blurring this interaction. An instrument that oscillates delivers nothing reliable.
• The structure — restructuring perception, thought and emotion, to distinguish what is perceived from what is constructed.
• The position — ceasing to be subject to reality and learning to consciously take one's place within it. This is where the shift happens.
